What salon services do you offer?
We offer a full range of beauty services, including haircuts, coloring, styling, highlights, smoothing treatments, perms, treatments, luxury head spa, extensions
Do I need an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are highly recommended to ensure prompt service, especially for color and longer treatments. We welcome walk-ins whenever schedules allow—feel free to call ahead to check our availability!
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online via our user-friendly booking page, call us directly during business hours, or visit the salon in person. You’ll receive a confirmation via email or text once your appointment is set.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. For late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service may apply, so seats don’t go to waste.
What should I do if I’m late for my appointment?
We suggest calling us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please note that shortened time slots may reduce service quality; full fees apply even for shortened sessions.
Do you offer consultations? Are they free?
Yes! We offer complimentary consultations for new clients or whenever you’re considering a major style or color change. This helps us understand your vision and tailor the service to your needs. Consultations are required for corrective color services, extensions, and transformations
What hair products do you use and sell?
We exclusively use and retail professional-grade brands like Goldwell, Kenra, Oribe and Brazilian Blowout, known for their quality and supportive of healthy hair. Our stylists can recommend the best product for your hair type and goals.
Can I buy products Online?
Yes! We offer professional products on our online platform. Items will ship directly to you and you can easily make returns online for those products. There are some products we offer in the salon only.
Are your stylists trained and licensed?
Absolutely! Our entire team consists of state-licensed and fully trained professionals who regularly refresh their skills through ongoing education and industry updates.
Where do I park
We have a private parking lot behind the salon with direct walk up access to the salon. Access the parking lot from Westview heading West. Front parking is reserved for handicap
I need to cancel my appointment.
Can you just squeeze me in on another day?
We understand that things come up and plans change. However, we’re intentional about the way we schedule each guest. Overbooking or squeezing in additional appointments can take away from the personalized experience and attention to detail that define our salon.

To ensure your preferred time and stylist, we recommend reserving your next 1–2 appointments before leaving the salon. Our regular guests enjoy consistent results and flexible scheduling by pre-booking in advance.
